Cynthia has lived in Jackson Ohio for the past 12 years.  She comes to the Real Estate profession with a background in construction, both residential and commercial.  Cynthia is currently the President-Elect of the Jackson Business Professional Womens Association as well as an active member of Rotary and The Garden Tenders.  One of the things that Cynthia is most proud is her work with the Jackson Mentor Association.  She has been a mentor of young girls for the past 4 years and currently is mentoring a 13 year old named Jerrica.  With her husband, Robert Crouse, Cynthia owns and operates Rock Ridge Builders, Inc.  a local construction and manufactured housing repair company.  Housing of all sorts, from Building to Buying and Selling is her passion.
